Dr. Patti completed his surgical training at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida in 1998 and has since been in private practice in Sarasota.  Dr. Patti completed surgical residencies in both General Surgery and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and passed on the first attempt all four examinations to achieve initial Board Certification in both specialties.  Over the years Dr. Patti has been on staff at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Doctor's Hospital Sarasota, Manatee Memorial Hospital and has been involved in major trauma reconstructions of the face, legs and hands.  Among many other surgeries, Dr. Patti has performed hundreds of chest wall reconstructions required on wounds which resulted from complications of open heart surgery,  hundreds of breast reconstructions after mastectomy, many cosmetic facial and breast surgeries and tens of thousands of surgeries to excise and repair skin cancers all over the body.  He has treated wounds from every imaginable cause involving every nook of the human body.  Dr. Patti is presently Director of Wound Care at Complex Care Hospital at Ridgelake.  Dr. Patti dedication is to his family, his medical practice and the youth of the area.  He spends countless hours volunteering with local baseball leagues and also enjoys biking, gardening, tinkering, hunting and reading.
